If you were referred from your primary hospital, kindly bring along your referral letter as well as your HMO card, if you have one and you would get registered. Otherwise, you can simply pay for registration and consultation so that you can see a dentist.
Can my child come alone?

How can I avoid a long waiting time to see a dentist?
Because we see patients on a ‘first come’ basis, the best way to avoid this is to call ahead and book an appointment. However, even as a walk-in, our waiting times are relatively very short because we have several surgeries and are fully staffed.
How long do procedures take?
This really depends on the exact problem as well as the kind of procedure, as a simple filling can take as little as 5-10 minutes while a root canal can take up to 40 minutes.
Aren’t X-rays harmful?
X-rays are used to create images that we see as radiographs and they can be harmful when you are constantly exposed to them. However, you should be rest assured that the amount of exposure is very little and even if you have to take several radiographs, you would be just fine.
Can I take an x-ray if I am pregnant?
Yes. Pregnant women can have radiographs taken as we would provide a lead jacket to cover your belly, protecting your unborn child.
What if I have an emergency when you are closed?
